Good to know
Is renting a breast pump hygienic?
Yes. Every rental comes with a brand-new personal pump kit, so every part that touches you or your breast milk is used only by you. The motor unit never comes into contact with milk.
Why rent before buying?
Every mum's body, milk supply and routine is different. Renting lets you find out whether this pump suits you before spending on one of your own.
What happens during the lactation consultation?
Our lactation consultant checks your flange size, shows you how to assemble and use the pump, and helps you find the modes and suction levels that feel right for you. You can schedule it at collection, at return, or anytime during your rental.
Can I buy the pump after renting?
Yes. If it suits you, you can purchase the pump for $200 instead of returning it.
What if I need it longer?
Extend for another 30 days at $60. Just WhatsApp us before your rental ends.
When do I get my deposit back?
Your $120 deposit is refunded within 7 days after the pump is returned.
I already have a pump. Is renting still useful?
Yes — many mums rent to compare, to replace a pump that doesn't suit them, or as a backup while their own pump is being repaired.
What flange size comes with the pump?
The standard flange is 24mm. During your consultation we measure you to check whether this size fits you comfortably.
